On the eve of Independence Day, Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi delivered a striking address, highlighting what he termed ‘very serious challenges’ facing the state, including an alarming rise in suicides, widespread drug abuse among youth, and a concerning increase in sexual offenses against women and children.
