The Border Security Force (BSF) has initiated a comprehensive ‘Operation Alert’ along the sensitive Rajasthan-Pakistan border, intensifying security measures ahead of Independence Day. The week-long operation, which began on August 11 and concludes on August 17, aims to prevent infiltration and enhance operational readiness through heightened patrol activities, emergency drills, and advanced surveillance technology. With Rajasthan sharing a substantial international border, the BSF is deploying its full manpower, working in close coordination with intelligence agencies to counter potential threats. [11]
